What I Do

I am a bilingual therapist specializing in working with adolescents, young adults, and families. My practice focuses on addressing unique challenges such as social anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, and loneliness, with particular attention to ADHD individuals.

Adolescents often face unique emotional and developmental challenges and may be hesitant to trust adults, including therapists. As a therapist I demonstrate genuine empathy, and this can help an adolescent feel understood, accepted, and safe enough to open up, which is essential for effective therapy.
